Requests for Charitable Donations:

Suzi Davis Travel is committed to the communities we serve and is pleased to contribute to worthy causes. We receive numerous requests each month, and make a concerted effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Please use the following guidelines when submitting charitable requests.

Guidelines for charitable donations:
  1. Requests must be submitted via this online form or in writing on event/organization letterhead.
  2. Requests must be received at least six weeks prior to the event or any media deadlines.
  3. Please allow three weeks to process your request. Suzi Davis Travel will respond to your request either way, via fax or email.
  4. Please do not call Suzi Davis Travel regarding the status of your request.
  5. Include a contact name, address and email in your proposal of the person that should receive the donation.
  6. Provide the appropriate documentation stating your organization is categorized as 501c3 under the Internal Revenue Service code.”
  7. Suzi Davis Travel does not make financial contributions.
  8. Requests should not exceed one written page in length.
  9. Summarize the event or organization's objectives and purpose.
  10. Provide a description of the event or program.
  11. Specify the origin and destination city on your requested trip.
  12. Provide the estimated attendance and demographic makeup of the audience.
  13. Explain how the donation will be recognized in promotion of the event, at the event and post-event. Your request will not be considered without this information.
  14. After the event, please send a thank you note to acknowledge receipt of the donation and include any photos taken at the event.
  15. If you do not meet all of these requirements your request will not be considered

* Summarize the event or organization objectives and purpose.  Provide a description of the event or program.  Specify what type of travel donation you are seeking such as air, hotel, cruise, or an all-inclusive vacation package.  Be sure to include the origin and destination city on your requested trip.  Provide the estimated attendance and demographic makeup of the audience.  Please explain how the donation will be recognized in promotion of the event, at the event and post-event. Your request will not be considered without this information.
 

Suzi Davis Travel does not make contributions to the support of:

  • Organizations lacking proof of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status under the Internal Revenue Service code
  •  Endowments
  •  Annual operating support fund drives
  •  Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex or national origin
  •  Political or partisan organizations or candidates
  •  Organizations established to influence legislation or specific elections individuals
  •  Individuals
