Just wanted to let you know SUZI DAVIS ROCKS!!! You guys are the BEST. You knew we'd have the best time on our cruise, and I knew it would be great, but it was even better than we expected. And you all had a lot to do with that!!! Thank you so much for all your company did for us. All the extra "treats" were wonderful!! (I savored my chocolates and champagne most of the week and the wine at dinner which we found out was provided by Suzi Davis was an extra treat!). You already know Marci is exceptional, but just want you to hear again, she's the best!! Theresa was great too. This was one of our best (if not the best--though I don't want to say that since the kids weren't there, but that might be why it was so good!!) trips Bryan and I have taken, and we have decided, because of your great service, to try really hard to do this every year--the trip with Suzi Davis/WBNQ. I really hope you do another cruise next year (I love cruising and can do that on every vacation), but if it's an all inclusive to some resort, as long as you plan it, Bryan and I will sign up.

Thank you doesn't seem to say enough, but I do thank you, Marci, Theresa, and Suzi Davis. Susan mentioned at our private WBNQ/Suzi Davis party last Friday that if we see you, you'd except hugs. Well, you were going to get a big bear hug from me, but I didn't know when I'd see you so I wanted to write to let you know what a great trip this was.

From time to time clients are dissatisfied with some aspect of their vacation and it is our job to rectify these situations. Below is a testimonial from a client that needed our assistance with a specific supplier.

In our original letter we challenged your commitment to the Suzi Davis Travel goal of "providing the best and most reliable service our customers have ever experienced". Additionally, when we wrote that letter we had little faith the outcome would be a happy one. Obviously we were wrong on both counts; Suzi Davis Travel does provide outstanding server.

We should tell you, we had considered just buying this vacation on the Internet. Once of the lessons we learned here is that "Internet bargains" aren't bargains at all if you have any difficulties and are up against a faceless Internet company. Hi Peggy, I just left you a voice mail, but I wanted to also let you know in writing that my family reunion cruise with Royal Caribbean went great!
Everyone had an awesome time. It not easy to organize cabins and details for 40 people in about 16 cabins, but you did a nice job with it! I really
appreciate all of your hard work, patience, and communication you had with me and with my family. I know that your efforts help us to have a
successful cruise trip. Your emails and letters giving us information on how to prepare, plan and what to expect really paid off. The hospitality room worked out well. We didn't use it much during the day, but we did take advantage of it during some of the evenings on our cruise. RC was very accommodating to our request to have the room available.

Hi Tim, I just wanted to thank you so much for helping with the upgrade for Merrill to the UK. I simply can't express what that means to us. Merrill recently had a stoke and although he's doing great now - it's really taking him awhile to get his strength back. Getting the upgrade to business class for him was a life saver. He can now relax on the trip and not be so stressed. It will make his trip so much better and I don't know how to thank you enough.

I also wanted to tell you that Susan is a treat delight to work with. Working with the Osmonds travel is very demanding and there are always a million last minute changes and crazy request and Susan has always just been wonderful. She has gone above and beyond in helping me get the best deals she can get and help me out on weekends or late night or whatever crazy travel plans that I give her she is always very helpful, patient and kind. Thank you and your staff for helping with our travel needs - you guys are the BEST!

My Bueno! We are back! What a wonderful time we had. It was breath taking, fabulous, relaxing, beautiful, outstanding! I would recommend this to anyone. I guess the best comment we can make is we both felt we should have PAID MORE for this location and vacation! The spa was out of this world. It was just so peaceful and relaxing...just what we needed. The staff was professional and respectful. There was tons to do if you wanted. The Fun team was great (the activities hosts), the JR suite was huge, more than enough room even with 2 teenage girls. Food was very good. Shows in the theatre every night if you wanted to go. Weather was a little cooler than I expected, but still warm. It clouded up every day at 3 or 4 so we got up early to make the most of our sun time.

Would do it again in a minute. Sorry for the last minute doubts. I will send pictures when I get them loaded and edited!

Hi Tim,

We're back from our driving trip to Florida and our Caribbean cruise. We had a great time. This was our first 14 day cruise and we really enjoyed it. With the exception of Dominica, we liked all the ports we visited. We were especially pleased with San Juan, Puerto Rico (it was completely different than we had envisioned) and Aruba.

Wanted to thank you for all the "Perks" we had on our trip. They were great and much appreciated. It was pleasant to arrive at our stateroom and find 4 bottles of wine plus all the other gift items you were so gracious to give us. The meal we had in the Pinnacle dining room was one of the highlights of our cruise. The steak we had (and all of us had filets) was as good as any midwest beef we've had before!!

Our stateroom was larger than on any other cruise line we have been on and the onboard dance and sing cast were the best of any of the cruise lines that we have experienced.

We did not think the food was quite as good or as varied as we have had on the Princess cruise ships but the service was as good as others. We were particularly disappointed in the morning pastries and the evening desserts (both variety and quality). The pastries (we heard from others) were packaged and purchased in Tampa. However, the bottom line is that we never left a table hungry!!

This boat was not as large as some we have been on so it did not have as many amenities as others, however, it was comfortable. All in all we had a great trip and wanted you to know that we appreciated all the things you and Stacy Lyn did for us. We look forward to working with you on our next adventure -- wherever that may be.

Forward to the Harris family vacation this summer on the Freedom of the Seas. We are all anticipating a wonderful trip. It is our understanding that you will be sailing on it this spring and we would appreciate any feedback from you when you return. We would particularly be interested in the reservation process for any on-board activities (we have kids from 5 to 14 who think they want to be involved in everything!!). Thanks in advance for your help.

I received your voice mail today concerning the quality of our vacation. We had the best time of any vacation in the past. Thank you for all the details of which made our trip seamless.

We took your advice and took the 6.30 a.m. flight opposed to the 10.30 a.m.
flight. We were a little tired as we were only able to get 2 hours of sleep.
The transfer on and off the ship was a snap being in the skipper club. We were actually 2 of 10 people that were the very first passengers off the ship. I felt a little guilty since we were in no hurry. I realized it was pretty nice to be the first off the ship when we saw 8.000 pieces of luggage waiting for us to search through.

Our flights were on time, we never lost our luggage, and the weather was wonderful as it never rained on us in the 9 days.Charlene did well with her first cruise. We were not affected by the movement of the ship.Thank you for helping make our trip a success and I am looking forward to your future help with future trips.

We're back to cold weather and reality now! We had the most wonderful vacation in Mexico and everything was PERFECT from the weather, the resort, the wait staff and service, travel rep in the lobby, flight and transfers, etc. We had no problems at all and feel like we spent 6 days in Paradise. We stayed at the RIU Playacar and recommend it highly. We checked out the other two RUI resorts, the Tequila and Yucatan, and those are also very nice.

The grand opening for the new RIU Palace was taking place and it's very extravagant and is, in deed, a palace! Absolutely huge!! Shopping on 5th Avenue was quite an experience! We got to see a cruise ship that was docked there up close and it was amazing. We did the deep sea fishing for a half day and it was spectacular. Didn't land "the big one", but caught quite a mess of others. I would have to say that the highlight for me was the snorkeling. We have salt water aquariums here at home and to see everything in it's natural habitat is indescribable. We both had underwater cameras and was amazed at how well the pictures turned out. I can't thank you enough for everything you did to arrange this very special trip for us. The whole experience gets an
A+++++! We will have these wonderful memories for a lifetime!

As far as rating the services provided by Suzi Davis Travel for Travel Perspectives, that's very easy. Mark Burks may very well be the best agent I have ever worked with in my 30+ years in this business. He is extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and responsive with both the clients and me.

Although, I have not had much contact with the rest of your staff, I can praise Karyl Hill, who also is very prompt in getting those all-important checks to me, along with timely reports of our financial transactions.

I have never failed to receive courteous treatment from Sab and anyone else who answers the phone, nor have I ever had any complaints from the ATLA staff or members. From my standpoint, you should be very proud of the house that Tim built.

NYC Ministries Inc. has had the pleasure of working with Suzi Davis Travel since 2000 and is delighted with the quality of service we have received from them. They are very attentive to our needs as a non-profit organization in finding quality travel at a great price.

I am the Program Director for our organization which conducts mission trips to New York City five times a year. Suzi Davis Travel provides for all our trips during the year. Our largest trip during the summer has over 300 attendees coming from 5 to 7 different states. Suzi Davis Travel has been wonderful at arranging for all the group transportation including flights and ground transportation as well as dealing with frequent flight deviations and name changes. We were extremely impressed with the package Suzi Davis Travel put together for 2005 Lite Rock 107's trip. We often have looked at tours and trips like this but were never sure what we would run in to. The individuals that went on this trip were all in about the same age group and there were a variety of individuals who liked to do allot of different things. Everybody was respectful and just wanted to relax and enjoy themselves. That is what we are looking for. We are the kind of folks who like to go off and do our own thing and really take in the area we are visiting and RELAX!. We certainly did that in Cancun. Suzi Davis Travel Agency has been my corporate and personal travel agent since 1995 and has done a superb job for me. The agency is very reliable, and has been very conscientious in finding the best prices for flights that fulfilled our travel needs.

I have been the Executive Producer for the Republican National Convention in 1992, 1996, 2000, and 2004, and my company was the general contractor for all production aspects for each of those conventions. Suzi Davis Travel booked in excess of three hundred flights for my company for each of the 1996, 2000, and 2004 conventions. Since all of my staff are in show business, they are continually changing their flights, often at the last minute. The personnel at Suzi Davis Travel have been diligent in attending to our needs, and have made themselves available at all times of the day or night.

Wow what a great vacation. Thank you so much for all your help and planning. The ship was amazing, Mariner of the Seas. Our balcony was the very first one at the front of the ship with extra windows, great view.

We ended up going to Nassau instead of Coca Cay. We took a taxi ride in the Bahamas - scary, snorkeled 2 times- Jamaica and Grand Caymans, the Caymans were beautiful, climbed Dunn's river falls-awesome, went to stingray city-man were the stingrays big, and shopped at all the stops. Jamaica was interesting, a little intimidating, but fun. The ship had everything you could want and they treat you like royalty and I wanted to take my waiter home with me. Ended up spending a lot of extra on the ship but it was worth every penny. Thanks again for making our 10th anniversary so very special.

P. S. Can't wait to schedule our next cruise!! Any great deals come your way, let me know. We will be taking our kids next time. So we need a cruise for 5, kid oriented, maybe next year or the year after.
