Cancellations:
Once paid, all monies are non-refundable unless the
package can be resold at full price. In such case, a
full refund, minus a $75 per person administration
fee will be given. No exceptions. Cancellation
insurance is highly recommended.

which provides reimbursement coverage for trip
cancellation for covered medical reasons, and other
benefits including Bankruptcy/Default, Trip Delay,

Sickness Medical Expense, Common Carrier AD&D,
24-hour AD&D, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage
Delay, Medical Evacuation, and emergency, toll-free,
travel assistance. This optional Trip Cancellation
Insurance is available with Access America at a rate
of $79.00 per person based on double occupancy and
$99.00 for single occupancy. Trip cancellation
insurance may be purchased at time of deposit or
final payment. Please note, if insurance is
purchased at time of final payment, pre-existing
conditions are not covered.
