O’Hare Park ‘N’ Fly Option:
If you would like to take advantage of an optional Park ‘N’ Fly hotel stay at the Four Points Sheraton at O’Hare for the night of January 24th, the stay is available at a rate of $121.54 per room.

Payments: Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. A deposit of $300.00 per person is required at time of making your reservation. Final payment is due on or before Friday, November 7, 2008.
Proof of Citizenship: You will be required to present a valid passport at time of airport check-in.
Cancellations: A cancellation fee of $300.00 per person will be assessed for reservations canceled before November 7, 2008. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost will be assessed for reservations canceled between November 8, 2007 and December 19, 2008. Cancellations made after December 19, 2008 will result in complete forfeiture of monies paid.
Insurance: Suzi Davis Travel highly recommends travel insurance which provides reimbursement coverage for trip cancellation for covered medical reasons, and other benefits include Bankruptcy/Default, Trip Delay, Accident Medical Expense, Sickness Medical Expense, Common Carrier AD&D, 24-hour AD&D, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Medical Evacuation, and emergency, toll-free, travel assistance. This trip cancellation insurance is available at a rate of $109.00 per person and may be purchased at time of deposit or final payment.
